Jeff, “defunct” in this case means no response to inquiry and no ability to log on and post or edit posts from any platform (iPhone, iPad, Mac, in my case). Interesting on the status page.
I’m not technical at all, and find WordPress very challenging, but am open to what you mean by “as easy as you want!” Grin. I’m leaning toward write.as or svbtle.com for how simple they are.
