Packing a frame is relatively simple, a whole bike not so much. In either case you'll easily find a bike shop who will sell you a box and pack it for you, this seems to be big business at bike shops in the age of Ebay. While they're working on that you can order labels from Bike Flights or Shipbike with your buyer's address. You'll either give the labels to the shop and FedEx will pick up from there, or take the box to FedEx yourself. Easy!
