If the superflashes (and other PB lights) are only used in the rain
for a short time they are fine. If they get soaked every day they will
have problems, although if you take them apart and dry them out with a
hair dryer they will usually work again. The main problem with the
superflashes is that they fall off of people's bike like crazy. I own
three that I have found on the side of the road. They tend to come out
of the mounting bracket, the part of the light that goes into the
bracket can come out of the body, and the light itself can fall out of
the body. I recomend superglue and tape when mounting the light.
