I think but I am not sure that those are indicative of a Joe (Starck)/Joe (Bell) frame, the former of whom/which/something was no longer collaborating with Riv in 2008, but was likely involved as early as '98. So that could be a good tell.
I also think but am not sure that Waterford would've built a MUSA frame in 2008, but I'm uncertain as to when Curt Goodrich officially stopped building for Riv. Looks like 2007?
