It has been a while since I ordered from Rivendell. I placed an order today
for several small and compact items in addition to the certificate, and it
looks as if shipping is a straight $12 for every order: is that right, even
for, say, $25 worth of cables, fender stay QRs, Irish Straps, and so forth?
Or is there a cutoff for the $12 fee?
If so, that's too bad, since a gift certificate for $25 of which $12 must
be held back for postage leaves the recipient with just $13 to spend.
