I like the "idea" of this bar and have been toying with pulling the trigger
on a MAP/Ahearne. I did just set up a Billie to replace a Choco Norm on my
daily ride ... but again, I keep thinking about those MAP's. I've tried
other bars with that shape but haven't been pleased as they're usually too
shallow in the return. I do like the return (or sweep) angles of Alba's,
Choco's and the new Billie even though I find myself riding towards the
front of those bars the majority of the time (it's really the super slow
times and weird tight NYC traffic traversing where the upright full sweep
does come in handy for me).

So that said, using the incredibly helpful whatbars.com I've come to think
that the new Velo Orange Curvy One bar looks possibly like an even a better
fit for me than the MAP. And since RIV is working closely with whatbars.com
now I suspect that they'll forward a drawing of the Wavie to them soon
enough to make a comparison.

My main hesitation with the V/O bar is that 31.8 clamp! I mean, really ...
well, that and the fact that all of these bars at 610 to 660 are getting
pretty darn wide for a city boy -- and I used to think Alba's were wide for
gawds sake.
