I think the new Marathon Extreme in a 700x40 would be the cat's pajama's. I wonder how big a tire can be squeezed in the Hunqua? I've been eyeing the Kenda Karma in a 29 x 1.9 for my Hillborne. which would probably be the biggest I could use.
