I run the g-ones, whatever the thin / speedier version is at 27.5x2.35. Also tried 650x42 Hetres. The Hetres are actually great, but I wouldn’t mind having extra cushion for our “roads”. The g-ones seem to give it more flop than I’d prefer, although perhaps the pressure is low (30-35 psi?..), and maybe most of my riding is with my little kids, which don’t weight down the rear as much as a grownup would. I think the sweet spot is probably right in between.
