I'd try the new Sackville BarSack, either in grey or green. Or a
Saddlesack small, if you don't mind the bag touching the backs of your
thighs. My guess is the Roadeo will be better optimized for a rear
load, but I haven't ridden one. I personally prefer front bags, so I'd
go with the BarSack, perhaps after checking with the good folks at
Riv.

If you think you can get away with something a bit smaller (4+ liters
instead of 8 or 10, i.e. a gallon jug instead of two), the Acorn M/L
seat bag looks like a real steal.
