Oddly black and modern, I agree. My Sam is black, so I figure the black 
will be somewhat less jarring (to my eyes, anyway) than if it were orange 
or blue, but I kind of think it's cool, too. Some of the Blue Lug builds of 
Rivs and, especially, Crusts are inspiring me. No complaints about the 
current square taper BB, Silver crank, satin Nitto stuff I have on now, but 
still curious. Anybody seen Rivs running external bearing BBs? Is the one 
at Analog set up that way?
