Leroy - Hard to tell from the pictures but I'd place money on the 
alternative 4 legged mount like a Mark's rack (I can't see any reason why 
not, I'm sure you can cut the mid-fork stays to make the rack level w/ the 
fork crown bolts.

I don't know much about SimWorks, are these super desirable limited runs? 
I'm still waiting to see what Rivendell does as they mentioned they are 
developing something new in light of Nitto's recent lack of support on 
their existing racks.
