So I take it the procedure is to slip off the grips, levers, shifters, pull the bar out, clamp the new bar in, and clamp the levers and grips back on? Or do you have the other set of bars already on a stem and just swap out the whole thing? Interesting. Obviously trickier with road bars. I have long wished someone would invent a sort of cable quick release so one can swap entire cockpits at will...
