Please recommend a good floor pump. Must: 1. Be easy on/off. I do not want to have to rip the head off each time after inflating to get it off the stem. 2. Seal well. I do not want to have to pump faster and faster to beat the escaping air to the psi number want. 3. Be less than $65 US
