I've had a few Rivs and, like you, they always end up racked and bagged because they just seem like they're meant to be. My goal with the Roadini was to definitely NOT do that this time, I just want small seat and bar bags and have that lovely Riv ride in a lighter/shorter "just hop and go" bike. I can't give long distance reports because I don't ride that way, I just tootle over hill and dale around-and-near town, but so far I'm loving its slightly magical combination of sprightly feel with stable handling.
