Jeremy, According to Merry Sales the Albatross bar comes in 3 widths, the 31.8 being 56cm wide, what the original Cr-mo version was. When I bought a HT Al Alba the first thing I noticed compared to my 56cm steel bars was the curve was a smaller radius and I didn't like it one bit. It also wasn't 55cm as promoted. The Merry Sales page explains it. The curve of the 56 steel to me is perfect and it appears the 31.8 version uses that shape. I've not seen a 55 steel to know if it has the same curve and the 56 versions. No website that sells the B352 mentions all these subtle yet not insignificant variations of width and curve. I can see why some people do not like the HT Al versions, they ruined the perfect curve !
