I think the correct rack (or bag support thing) will be driven by the 
distance between the seat loops and the desired bottom of the bag.  Where 
is that plane compared to the upper rack eyelet level?  Also think about 
how close the bag bottom should be to the seatpost and if you'll have rub 
on your brake cable (especially cantis). A tombstone will either helpful or 
just get in the way. It's hard to say for sure, but that should get you 
started.
