Hi David, Thanks for those pictures! The first pic gave me a very good idea how long shifter lever is.
60-70% of the time I ride with hands at the top bends. That slightly leaned forward position is quite comfortable. Occasionally I come back to the grip area for relaxing my back and shoulders (ie, a little more - even at the bends it is a lot more relaxed than drop bars or MTB handlebars). Moving the levers forward might be perfect! I'll try it out. After all, when you need to quickly brake, it is easier to slight hands forward than lift and shift to grip area. Cool idea with those grips as well. It had not occurred to me that I could slide one each to various hand positions!
