I've been searching on and off for a replacement frame for my wife who's about 5'4". She's been riding an older Lotus touring frame that's been a PITA to work on over the years, though gets the job done day to day. She typically commutes on her bike with a rear rack, but occasionally wants to put a front rack on for fully loaded touring. I'm hoping that a new frame will be built around smaller wheels (26" or 650b), as her current frame looks nearly clown-like with it's 48cm seat tube, a headtube the size of the lug alone, and seemingly gigantic 700c wheels. Canti posts preferably, capability to fit 35mm+ tires, front/rear rack and fender mounts. In this case, color does matter and frames may be rejected based on their color alone, which I have no control over :-)
