Howdy Bunch, (crosspost with 650b)
My sweet Lilli (hello!) and I found an 87(?) Trek 330 Elance in her (very small) size and are so excited to build up her first thoughtfully-assembled and useful, well-fitted bicycle for general cruising around, errand running, some commuting. We're in the market for used n newish things; thought we would check here (and there) first. Pretty open to anything with great function and life still. Beausage is just fine. -- albatross bars or left-bank -- mtn brake levers -- thumb shifters -- crankset (really not sure if we will do 1x or 2x; something that can do both) -- platform pedals (lambdas?) -- long reach caliper brakes for 650b -- 650b wheelset (maybe... I have one we can use but open to a good price on a budgety, *lightweight *set; no heavy loads and she's light herself) -- Brooks saddle? wide, sprung or not -- Wald 137 with struts still intact Sure we're missing some things but this is a good head start.
