This was designed for a Concinnity bike with a narrow-ish 700c fork, the top mounts don't match Riv's forks. It's huge and custom and nifty if you can sort out some kind of arrangement with short struts to mount it. $50 plus shipping in a rather large box, my random guess is it would come out to about $100.
