Update, SKS B53 fits perfectly in my QB frame, no pinching, bending, cutting, or anything. Slides right in, lines up with all clearances perfectly.
42mm Shikoros fit nicely inside, ample(ish) room. Fender line looks pretty ok, too. Not perfect, but not jarring.
