FWIW, I have used Albas and Choco norms. I don't believe there are three hand positions. A friend with a SH had Choco norms and he just went with a Noodle and prefers it. He used the Choco for a couple of years. I did not like the Choco's and prefer the Billie flipped. Bars are personal, like shoes, you gotta try different ones to really know what works for you. I have *thought* I found a great bar from a picture...wrong. My 2 cents.
