Bill: You made my day. My first reaction to the OP was "...give 'em a call..." but your response was much more elegant. I was there a couple of weeks ago & didn't know about the Wavie bars until later when I read the catalog I picked up. The only questions I had were 1 & 2 but I hadn't gotten around to calling.
Seriously, everyone answers the phone & is super nice. We've become conditioned to phone systems designed to get rid of us, so often we're reluctant to call, thinking it a waste of time. At RBWHQ, live people who want to talk to you answer the phone! What an amazing concept!
