Daniel, when I initially mounted mine, I tightened the stem (Nitto Technomic) down to what I thought would be an appropriate level and test rode. I outweigh you by about 40lbs, and also noticed rotation. I re-set the bars and torqued the hell out of the stem clamp with a longer wrench to apply more leverage. That "fixed" the issue and didn't damage bars or stem, but of course YMMV.
I've since ditched the bars because I found the amount of flex in them annoying especially when riding with a front load.
