Really handsome bike, Brian - congrats! I have the continental contact speed tires on my SimpleOne (42s I think) and really like them.
I recently mounted a rear rack on my older Atlantis and am using Banjo Brothers' "Market Panniers" for mid-week grocery hauling. Such a stable bike, handled the ~25LB load kike it was nothing, though admittedly that's only about 1/2 the max I should be able to haul back there.
