I live/ride in NOLA where you use every sweat pore you have. Rode 85 miles
on my Ram this morning and consumed 6 20oz bottles.

I like Scratch or Osmo products. Lowish calorie with a touch of real sugar
and fruit. I recall reading that salt passes the cell membrane more
efficiently when paired with sugar, and a little goes a long way. Sport
drinks have way to much sugar IMO, and you can get your calories from ways
that suit you best.
