Thanks to all of the above for the kind words. Scott commented how most of us didn't have the opportunity to race bikes in high school. I did see a North Orange County Composite team jersey, and talked to the kid wearing it. I confirmed that if I had a time machine and could go to Troy high School again, that North OC Composite is the team I'd race with. The kid explained that they are a first year team with a total of three riders. He goes to Fullerton High School. We used the Fullerton High football stadium when I was at Troy. There were a lot of other geographic attention getters. There was a Corona Composite, and my inlaws are in Corona. There was a Redlands High School team, reminding me of our friends in Redlands.
