If you can't find any positions that are comfortable, you need better advice than you can get off the internet. If it's as much as a problem as it sounds, your bicycling position may alleviate discomfort but it's not going to fix the problem. Taking most of the weight off by using Albatross bars may allow you to ride, though, while you seek professional medical help.
