As a related question... anyone have a measurement of the length of useable upper rail for the HAR? Between the stops/tabs and/or hoop? I have a pair of Jeff Potter's OYB Retro Panniers I briefly used on a Surly front rack but wondering if the hooks would fit the spacing of the HAR. I've since traded away the Surly rack for other parts of interest and haven't been using a pannier rack otherwise. I have two forks a HAR should work with (one is on my Clem) and a 32f mini front rack to pair it all with so I could add a basket up top and the OYB panniers below.
