Inspiring build! I’m staring at the exact same bike as I type this, a recent pickup from a local bunchman. (Bunchperson?) Trying to resist a tear down that it really doesn’t need. I am adding a rack up front, and a rear bar end shifter, maybe a bell, possible swap in an XT out back, maybe a single ring TA Zephyr up front, bottle cages, tool roll. You know, just a few little things it really doesn’t need.
