Tim, I have 2.1 Nano's on mine, and they are surprisingly fine on pavement and of course have a bit of off-road tread, too. Great on paths or gravel. The center of these tires is raised to increase road performance...and not too noisy.
Having said that, I will def be trying a pair of the 55 Antelope Hill Compass tires when they become available, supposedly late this Spring or Summer.
