With the Atlantis you can use the Nitto 32F model that mounts solidly at the fork legs and center hole. I believe the 4.4 lbs. rating Riv lists for that one is an error, it should be applied to the Mark's Rack which mounts on a slider. I think the 32F with a strap around the bars will be fine carrying the load you describe.
