As is a threaded fitting on the underside of the rear brake bridge.
And, of course, so is a correctly located threaded fitting at the
chainstay bridge.  If you ever want to use a kickstand, adding a
kickstand plate to the chainstay bridge, as is the case on some of the
most recent Rivendells and on the Kogswell P/Rs makes their use far more
convenient and safe (no danger of crimping chainstays).

are very nice.  Two hook shaped braze-ons, front and rear of the chain
stay, are required for that.
