also, I see that plenty of people have had trouble mounting this rack on a 700c Atlantis with fork braze-ons.. What about a 700c Sam Hillborne ...size 56, earlier green...also with fork braze-ons.. There is a picture of a size 60, green Hillborne on the Riv sit with this rack on it, but I can't tell if they are using clamps or not. Thanks for your help
