Sure does seem like a pretty special bike.  Maybe a semi-custom from the
W'Ford era?  Only downside is the short reach brake limitation.  Not
terrible, but it doesn't let you put larger 559/26" tires on it.  I think
she or anyone else would be quite happy with that bike!
