I tried Dove bars upside down for awhile on my fixed/free bike and didn't 
like them at all in upside down mode. Somehow low and close is worse than 
high and close.

 I found Mustache are better for that look and purpose, but I eventually 
settled on drops. I prefer drops when you only have one gear to work with 
as I find honking the under geared bike on steep uphills easier using drops 
and hoods positions (m bars are good for that too).
