Thanks. The color (to my eyes) looks better in "real life", and I'll try to
capture it with a photo in the sun. The tape does go even better with the
new paint than with the old.

This is post eyelet removal, but pre-touch up (I've covered the work areas
with primer). Note that Chauncey took care of the powdercoat when he did
the alterations, so my removals marred this new "paint" in the work areas.
It is just those areas I am touching up, with #4166 Testor's acrylic.

The seat tube is 57 cm c-c. Fortunately, to my eyes too, my frames are not
so tall that they make the wheels look too odd (my '03 is a 58 c-c).

Next project: replace or recover or both the Flite. I think this one is my
original, from about 1990, and it has been on 4 or 5 bikes over the years
and must be be pushing 30K miles (I rode more 1990-2008, and rode the bikes
with that saddle more, ~1990-2004). Still comfortable, though.
