I don't have any extras but when I ordered some (for a Bike Friday) from Carradice for delivery to the London hotel where my wife and I stayed in October they were responsive to email and very quick at shipping. I also got an extra red, plastic release slide as they are easily lost! Ask if they do international shipping.
