Hi Minh, Max tires size for 700 is 28. When I converted to 650b, I fit Panaracer Col de La Vie tires which are sold as 38, but I think measured closer to 36. Some of my photos show the bike set up as 650b with SKS fenders. Only parts I needed to convert from 700 to 650b were the longer tektro brakes and a wheel set. (Brakes I am including work for 700 but not 650b wheels.) I Depending on your crank arm length you might get some pedal strike pedaling through a corner. Thanks for asking and hoped this helped, Erl
