If money isn't an issue and you can offset the costs by selling the Sam, 
I'd sell it and get a Roadini. For paved riding with no racks/load I'd 
place my bets there. I have ridden a Sam, but not a Roadini or Rodeo so 
can't comment specifically on the ride comparison though. I have ridden a 
Sam and a more sporty Rosco Road bike and the difference is pretty 
noticeable to me. And fit is important as someone else mentioned. But 
something to be said for a sporty, stripped down road bike meant for all 
paved rides. If money is an issue or you think you'd be overextending 
yourself, then stick with what you got, it'll be fine ;).
