Usually when they ship something to me I check the tracking and upsfedex says that a label has been created and upsfedex is waiting for the items to be picked up or arrive at their facility. So sounds like it hasn't physically shipped yet.
But it's great that Rivendell packs it and contact the shipper so fast to get the ball rolling. Rivendell definitely does everything they can on their end to ship quickly. Some companies it takes days for them to even get it to that point so you lose more time that way.
