Rivendell has this info. There was an article on the site about 12 or so years ago. I’m pretty sure they recommended using dental floss. Get it between the badge and tube and work your way down slowly and carefully. The badge can be put back on with 3M double sided automotive tape— the stuff to put your Honda badge back on your Honda. Any automotive parts store should have it.
