I'm selling a 58 Simple One which I bought off this list in June for my wife to build up, but never did the build. We're getting ready for a move and are paring down our bikes, parts, and frames.
The frame has no dents or damage to the metal, but it does have a lot of chips and dings in the paint. The bottom bracket is smooth, but the headset feels a little different than the headsets we've had on bikes we've built up - there's a definite forward "position" that the headset clicks into -- it isn't just an uninterrupted 360 degree turn like it is on other headsets. Bottom line -- it is possible the headset may need to be serviced or replaced, but I don't have the expertise to say definitively. It might be ok. The frame is located in Baltimore. The price does not include shipping from Baltimore, which generally runs about $50 to ship to the west coast via Bike Flights.
