Heck, if copyrights are a hassle, make a book just out of Grant's pieces. But if you can include the Maynard Herson articles and the Bontrager ones, all the better. Do keep all the interviews.
Make the book a *thick* book by selecting generously, of course. Say, 1,000 pages. 44 X average 25 pp -- leave out half; let's say 500 pages. Leather bound calfskin, gilt edged, archival quality paper, full color. I have to say that the RR was one of the most readable bike "mags" available, when it was available.
