Seth, I have used SunRace chains and 7 speed freewheels...I'm happily stuck in a 7 speed world.
The freewheels were/are good value for money...on MTB I was able to wear the teath in a year or two of riding...on the road they seem to go...well I haven't worn one out yet. No problems with the internals.
