I've used it on my commuter for the past 5-6 months. The photo shows it folded. The chain stay struts are straight. The photo shows how I bent the seat stay struts to fit my bike. None of the stays has been cut, the rack has no damage, and I'm including 2 pairs of P-clamps with the rack.
