Can’t help with your sizes, but thanks to Grant I went from a 57 to 54 and it’s right on the money. I have an 85 Pbh and ride a 58 Ram with bars level to saddle. The head tube and angles bring the bars up and back on the Roadini. Hope this helps a bit.
