So at a saddle height of 76, a fella might have the post slammed down against the seat tube? I ask because the PBH range for the 60 Cheviot seemed to cover a lot of ground and I thought that the 64 Clem might fall within my range. Someday I NEED a step-through...ok, it's a WANT but a really intense "want".
