As long as you respace each side of the hub and extra 5mm equally to 
achieve the wider over lock nut your chainline wouldn't change at the hub 
but as EasyRider mentioned you may have different chainring clearances with 
the wider spaced 130 frame which may or may not require a longer bb spindle 
to clear the chainstays with same sized rings vs the 120 frame.

Was the wheelset QR or bolt on?  I discovered Rivendell after the 
Quickbeams had been long gone (aside from a few remaining warehouse frame 
finds that I apparently missed a while ago)

I have 2 sets of singlespeed wheels with traditional bolt on rear hubs.  
One has a short axle and cannot be spaced any wider as the outside of the 
bolts already sit flush with the axle ends when installed but the other is 
wide enough to space out to 130 (maybe even 135.)

If QR, however, you only need enough axle protrusion from the locknut to 
keep the wheel lined up in the dropout/trackends.
