Bill, I think that's it. I remember asking at Rivendell about this rack. I liked the idea that it didn't extend below the drop outs, but questioned what it did to handling with a load. The conventional wisdom being to keep the front bags low and this clearly raises them quite a ways. According to Riv, they couldn't tell any difference in handling but I have my doubts. This was many years ago & I don't know who I spoke with about this.
